Pork Carnitas!
4 lb. pork shoulder- covered with pepper, seasoning salt, and onion powder
2 Tbsp olive oil- for searing
4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 medium onion- minced
5 bay leaves
1 cup salsa- hot (spicy)
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 tbsp fresh chopped oregano, or 1 tsp dried
3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2-3 tsp brown sugar
Flour tortillas- warmed and soft or fried crispy
toppings of your choice!

| After you season the pork shoulder, sear it for a couple minutes on each side in a bit of olive oil! |
| To chicken broth add all other seasoning, and mix well~ |
